From Oak Hill, Gundaroo, NSW (Formerly known as Lambert Vineyard), planted in 1994. Whole-bunch pressed to steel and ceramic for fermentation. Six months on lees prior to bottling. Pure white flowers, crushed alpine rocks and lemon pith.
